Hi! I'm April and I'm the creator of this blog. My two hobbies are coding and stop motion so I decided to combine them and make this blog. In this blog, You will be learning how to set-up for a stop motion, how to film it, and the diffrent types of stop motion. This blog will not ask you to get fancy software or a camera, as I film all my stop motions on my phone. If you head over to the gallery, you can see some inspiration from youtube videos and my own personal videos. I may not be an expert at stop motion, but I can teach you how to do it so you have fun and it looks great. Under the blog tab, I will be adding new posts often. Stop motion animation is an animated-film making technique that includes physically moving objects in small increments and taking photos of them. When put together, this usually results in non living objects coming to life. Many famous movies like Coraline, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and The Nightmare Before Christmas are all examples of aadvanced stop motion. See a more extensive list here
